How Seatline works
Pick a Vue showing and the seats you want. We agree the price with you in a private chat, and once you've paid, we book those seats at Vue for you.
Six steps, start to finish

1Find your showing
Search for your nearest Vue, pick a day, then tap a showtime. Every Vue in the UK and Ireland is here, with films and times from Vue's own listings.

2See which seats are free
The seat plan shows the room as it is right now. Grey seats are taken; the colours are the seat types. Tap the seats you want, or type them underneath, like D4, D5 or a run like D4-7.
It can take a few seconds to load. If it can't be shown, type your seats anyway and we check them when we book.

3Ask for your quote
Add your name and email and press Get my quote. Nothing is charged, and the price you see is an estimate until we confirm it.
You then get a private chat link. Save it: it's the only way back into your chat.

4Agree the price in your chat
A real person sends your quote to the chat as a ticket. Ask us anything there first. If you're happy, press Accept quote. If we send a new quote, it replaces the old one.

5Pay, then tell us
Pay the exact amount by PayPal, using the details shown in your chat. Then press I've paid so we can check it has arrived.
Please don't send money before you've accepted a quote.

6We book your seats
When your payment has arrived, your ticket is stamped Paid and joins our booking queue. We book your seats at Vue and confirm it in the same chat, where the ticket is stamped Booked.
Seats aren't held until we book them. If yours have gone, we offer others, or refund you in full the way you paid.
Questions people ask
Is Seatline part of Vue?
No. Seatline is an independent booking service, not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by Vue Entertainment. We book your seats at Vue for you.
How much will I pay?
In our current deal, every ticket at a UK Vue is £4.00 or less, whatever the seat. At Irish cinemas it's half of Vue's price, in euros. You pay the amount in the quote you accept.
When do I pay?
Only after you've accepted a quote in your chat. A payment counts once we've checked it has arrived.
What if my seats get taken?
Seats aren't held until we book them at Vue. If yours have gone, we offer alternatives in the chat. If you'd rather not take them, we refund you in full, the way you paid.
I lost my chat link
Track order shows how your order is going if you enter its reference, which looks like SL-7KQ29XHD. The chat itself only opens from your private link, so keep it somewhere safe.
Do Vue's rules still apply?
Yes. Vue's own terms and admission policies apply at the cinema, including age ratings and ID checks.
